• Responsible for direct sales to key accounts within the territory. • Recommend cost-effective Aegis products and solutions designed to help customers achieve their objectives. • Develops long term customer relationships and achieves customer satisfaction goals. • Together with assigned resellers, follows up on sales leads within the territory. • Ensures reseller receives and understands product and marketing information and is trained in all areas of AEGIS products, services and strategy • Develops and maintains accurate sales forecast, conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. • Assists reseller in developing sales and marketing plans • Keeps accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. • Adheres to all company policies, operations and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and enforced inside the squad.
• Passionate about Electronics and Medical Equipments • Skills of persuasion, courage and competitiveness demonstrated. • Friendly and customer service oriented demeanour • Persistent and knowing that a “No†means to try again later • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development for Medical Equipments • Highly results driven by setting high goals and doing what it takes to meet and exceed expectations • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field (preferred) • Demonstrated history of Medi-sales success (preferred) • Excellent Communication skills in Both English + (Hindi /Malayalam) • Microsoft Office knowledge and fluency in any other Indian Language (Other than Malayalam) are additional benefits
