Recruitment - identify vacancies, source, initial screening, scheduling interviews, and placements Joining formalities, personal file creation and maintenance and joining induction Prepare and verify payroll Maintain attendance system and continuos monitoring Maintain essential registers for staff and asset control and continuos monitoring Maintain essential statutory registers as per industry norms Prepare, maintain and update detailed employee database Prepare and report salary annual budget Update HR policy as per industry norms Ensure job responsibilities issued and updated at all levels for continuos improvement Update and comply legal/Statutory requirements as per industry norms Ensure effective functioning of reporting system by continuos monitoring Suggest latest tools and techniques for staff productivity analysis and conduct the same upon taking approval accordingly Ensure continuos functioning of staff appraisal system and report Ensure and cater the training and development needs of staff Ensure compliace with health and social welfare needs of staff Ensure NABH norms are maintained with out fail and report
